Villa Maria Elena (200 sq. m. + 100 sq. m. of terraces) imposes itself on the sea with a privileged view of the entire Gulf of Naples. Its strategic location makes it easy to reach both the seaside resorts (Sorrento, Positano, Capri; etc.) and the main monuments and museums to visit (Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Caserta).
Surrounded by greenery, private, spacious and bright, it offers wonderful views of the sea.
Equipped with a large garden and terraces, wood-burning oven, barbecue and equipped outdoor areas that will allow you to dine in the shade of the Sorrento peninsula while admiring the grandeur of Vesuvius.
Located just before the town of Vico Equense, it is easily accessible from the coastal highway and by train.
It consists of two floors, capable of accommodating 8 to 11 people. There are in fact 4 bedrooms (three with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be turned into a double), a double sofa bed at the entrance and a single armchair bed positioned in one of the four bedrooms. 4 Bathrooms all with showers. Being on two floors you go down some steps to access the fourth bedroom with its bathroom.
The owner lives in a completely independent apartment in the villa and will be available for any needs; it is also possible to prepare Italian and Neapolitan dinners on the terrace upon request and with a separate price to be agreed with the owner on the spot.
There are some private beaches within walking distance where admission is available for a fee. We recommend arriving by car.
