Mentored by an expert English-speaking guide, you will learn to cook and taste local produce, becoming one with the traditional, wholesome, Italian gastronomic culture.
The menu includes the preparation of 3 traditional recipes under the direction of an experienced cook.
You will have a good workplace, with utensils and culinary ingredients, at the end of lesson is planned the meal: a rich taste of the cooking-job flavored with fine Italian wine.
