In the heart of one of the districts of the the city center, the Umbertine Rome, a few steps from the Galleria Borghese and Villa Albani, you will be welcomed in a elegant dwelling, with portraits of the ancestors of the family on the walls.
You will eat the real Italian cuisine, with particular attention to the cuisine of the city of Rome.
A classic dishes in Roman cuisine, baccalà (salted cod), is presented in our menu as a delicate mousse. It is followed by zucchini flowers filled with provatura (a typical buffalo milk stringy cheese) and anchovies, tender veal meat roulade with prosciutto and sage, chicory grown in local vegetable gardens and ricotta and chocolate puff pastry tart
