Your apartment is just a 5 minute walk far from the Vatican Museum, where you can admire Michelangelo’s awe-inspiring frescos in the Sistine Chapel.

From here you can walk along the impressive walls that surround Vatican City and you can reach Saint Peter’s within 10 minutes. Then simply walk down the monumental Via della Conciliazione, which takes another 5 minutes, to get to the legendary Castel Sant’Angelo.

From here, you can easily cross over the romantic bridge Ponte Sant’Angelo and do some window shopping in Via dei Coronari, which is lined up with antique shops, to find yourself at the splendid Piazza Navona with Bernini’s masterpiece, the central fountain known as “The Fountain of the Four Rivers”. Campo de’ Fiori with its beautiful, daily market is just across the street. To the opposite direction you can move on to the Pantheon, one of Rome’s most important milestones in its long history.

3 metro stops from the Spanish Steps. Changing the metro line at the main station Termini, you reach the ancient part of Rome: the Colosseum where gladiators fought for their lives, the Circus Maximus where the chariot racings took place, the breathtaking Forum Romanum or the Palatine Hill – said to be the birthplace of the Eternal City and later residence of several Roman emperors.
